Gameplay The King is Watching combines economic strategy with tower defense and time management. Besides building within the castle, you only control the monarch's gaze, which "activates" actions in specific buildings: farms, mines, workshops, and barracks. Because the gaze covers only a limited portion of the map, proper planning and balancing priorities are key to success. Game Modes The King is Watching offers a campaign mode, where you progress through the kingdom's history, and a survival mode, where you fight off endless waves of enemies.
