Thus the earth was thrown into confusion, and remains so even now. Whenever a citizen needs help, they can submit a request to their local Bracer's Guild - and whether it's exterminating monsters, preventing crime, or even peace talks between warring nations, the bracers will do everything in their power to resolve the matter cleanly and efficiently.
